Store owners are granted access to the platform with the credentials provided by LetMeOrder.
Stores can list their products and manage their inventory through the provided interface.
Customers can view products and place orders through the user interface available on stores' screens.
Once an order is placed and payment is made, it is considered final.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after payment is processed.
Payments are done through the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Razropay charges a 2% for the settlement to your bank account.
No refunds will be provided after an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

The pricing for products is set by each individual store.
LetMe Order is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or disputes between stores and customers.
Orders can be canceled by customers before the payment is processed.
No cancellations are allowed after the payment has been processed.
