Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle order deliveries and pickups:
Pickup Option:
Once the order is placed, it may take up to 5 - 15 minutes for the order to get ready depending upon the product or rush hours.
Once the order is ready, the store attendant will hand it over to you with respect to the order ID displayed in your order receipt.
If the order is placed from somewhere other than the store then you are requested to pick up your order from the store in the given time frame.
Delivery Option:
The delivery of the product is subjected to the service provided by the individual store.
If the store provides delivery services, user will be prompted to provide the delivery address for the same.
The estimated delivery time will be depending on the distance and traffic conditions.
Shipping Time:
If the store provides delivery services then the delivery time will depend over several factors like distance from the store and product preparation time.
A minimum time of the delivery is estimated to be 10 minutes.
If the order is not delivered by a maximum of 25 minutes customer are requested to contact the stores regarding the same.
Shipping Fees:
The shipping fee is defined by the individual store depending on the several factors.
