Cancellation / Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their orders before the payment is processed. Once the payment is processed, no cancellations are allowed.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be provided after an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Exceptions:

In case of exceptional circumstances or errors on our part, LetMeOrder reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Once validated, the amount will be credited to customer's account within 2-3 working days.
